Development of an overall strategy to increase injection rates – identifying opportunities and validating them through modelling. Specialist centrifugal compressor design expertise afforded the identification and development of a new compression operating and design concept that significantly increased compressor efficiency and unlocked a previously unknown potential from the asset.
In the injection season following implementation of the changes, the injection flows achieved were as predicted and represented a vast increase in rates.
